Job Title: Chief Security Officer

Location: Ibadan, Nigeria

Job Summary

We are hiring a Chief Security Officer who will be in charge of protecting the lives and properties of staff and properties of our organization.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Day-to-day operations: Implementing and overseeing strategies to assess and mitigate risk, safeguarding the corporation and its assets, crisis management.
  • Security: Developing, implementing, and maintaining security processes and policies, identifying and reducing risks, limiting liability, and exposure to informational, physical, and financial risk.
  • Compliance: Making sure the company is compliant with local, national, and global regulations, especially in areas like safety.
  • Innovation: Conducting research and executing security management solutions to help keep the organization safe.

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any related field of study.
  • Must have 3 to 5 years of proven post NYSC work experience as a Chief Security Officer.
  • Backgrounds in Military service will be an added advantage, Ex-Servicemen and retired paramilitary personnel are strongly encouraged to apply.

Location: Ibadan, Nigeria

Job Summary

We are looking for Credit Officers to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Achieve growth within the Key performance indicators; loan disbursement, account opening, income generation, and e banking product offerings.
  • Evaluate credit worthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation.
  • Monitors active loans and enforce collection and recoveries.
  • Ensures the achievement of all budget parameters.
  • Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer engagement and service delivery.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals.
  • Expedites the resolution of complaints to maximize satisfaction and boost customer service experience.

Job Title: Risk Officer

Location: Ibadan, Nigeria

Job Summary

The risk officer performs various functions for his/her organization, including coordinating across all business lines to assist in the identification, monitoring, and reporting of risks taken throughout the institution.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Review credit requests with a view to identifying inherent risks in transaction.
  • Consult with relevant units to determine, quantify, and mitigate risks (1) above.
  • Responsible for assessing metrics and monitoring procedures the organization has set to police transactional risks.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of customer credit history database.
  • Track the performance of portfolios across customer lifecycle.
  • Recommend credit for approval or otherwise to management.
  • Utilize analytical techniques and statistical analysis to develop and optimize credit risk strategies for portfolios to meet pre-defined goals.
  • Ensure strategies are within the company’s Risk Appetite and satisfy pre-defined profitability hurdles.
  • Responsible for integrating new data sources and solutions into credit risk strategies.
  • Perform tracking and reporting on strategy implementations and validating post implementation.
  • Ensure that all credits approved and consequent disbursements are in line with the bank’s credit policy and manual of operations.
  • Ensure that customers execute offer letters and other relevant documents before fund disbursement to customers. This in addition to ensuring that disbursement is made in line with Management/Board approvals.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management decision making.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analytics as required.

  • OND/HND/BSc/ in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or in a related quantitative discipline.
  • Must have 3-5years working knowledge of credit risk modeling/analytics, credit risk portfolio management, or credit risk strategy development.
  • Must have hands-on experience in developing segmentation models using statistical methods.
  • Excellent communication skills to write detailed but concise analysis on a variety of banking areas and prepare Board-level presentations.
  • Ability to convey information to others in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Applicants must be able to work effectively as a part of a functional team.
  • Ability to make presentation of findings and recommendations to senior management and executive directors, hence it is important they possess strong presentation skill to perform their job successfully.

Job Title: ATM/E-Channels Officer

Location: Ibadan, Nigeria

Job Summary

The E-Channels Officer will coordinate with the Supervision of IT Head, the Bank’s E-channels and E-business with a view to provide interaction between staff & technology and foster enhancement and availability of business processes through technology in line with the Bank’s business plan and ICT policy.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure primarily ATM’s / E- business related applications & equipment are properly maintained, tested and reports are submitted regularly.
  • Monitor ATM’s and other E- channels' applications for errors and performance problems.
  • Coordinate the activities of all E- channels for correctness, compliance & availability.
  • Act as a vendor liaison on behalf of the Bank for ATMs, POS & other E-channels.
  • Generate and upload settlement files for all E- transactions & POS merchants as and when due.
  • Monitor genuineness & settlement of all claims through arbiter promptly.
  • Monitor the ATM network and transaction volumes for violations and attacks, Fraud & High Net Values in line with the IT security policy.
  • Ensure proper accounts reconciliations are carried out regularly to ensure accountability and efficiency of each channels in use.
  • Draw up a Business Impact Analysis and carryout an IT /E – Business channel Risk Assessment and advise on the best way to achieve better results.
  • Co-ordinate all designated ATM/ E- channel security related projects.

Job Title: Drivers

Location: Ibadan, Nigeria

Job Summary

Drivers with good attitude, God fearing and with ability to work under pressure are needed.

Job Description/Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E).
  • Report to work very early days and must carry out routine checks on the vehicle before setting out the day's work.
  • Routine checks include checking the oil level, water level, and tires daily.
  • Ensure the bus is washed every morning and in good condition.
  • The driver must be neat and not be under the influence of alcohol while on duty.
  • The bus must be used primarily for the purpose it's assigned.
  • The driver must follow all traffic rules and regulations while on duty.
  • Each driver will be liable for any damages to the vehicle, he must therefore not transfer the bus to an unauthorized individual.
  • Keep a logbook/record of repairs on the bus assigned.
