Pastor (Dr.) Oladokun Olatunde JP – Chairman
Pastor (Dr.) Oladokun Olatunde (JP) graduated from Adeyemi Campus of Obafemi Awolowo University,
now University of Education as a graduate of History with (B.A Hons) in 1994.
Kobiowu, Taofeek Adebayo – Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
Pastor (Dr.) Oladokun Olatunde (JP) is an historian of great repute who strongly believes that
for the independence of any country to be real, it must have a solid and impregnable substratum of
economic and technological self-determination to uphold it against the enemy’s assault and subversion.
His passion therefore for the poor who are locked out of financial services in
the formal financial market for reason of their poverty, drove of the visionary
young man to chsmpion the incorporation of SEAP Micro Finance Bank to ensure
the less privileged have access to micro-credit
Pastor (Dr.) Olatunde Oladokun (JP) for his selfless award to humanity particularly in the area
of poverty alleviation has been honored with various awards.
Mr. Kobiowu holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Management and
Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (PGDMS) both from
Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomosho and
Higher National Diploma (HND) in Banking & Finance from Osun State College of Technology,
Esa – Oke.
Omotesho, Kemi Funmilayo – Board Member
He is an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered –AMNIM), Associate Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria
(Chartere ANIMN) and a certified Microfinance Banker/Practitioner (MCIB)of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
His Conventional Commercial Banking career spans over 18 years with cognate experience in Branch Administration
& Management, Branch Banking Operations Management, Process Management, Customer Services Management, Credit and Marketing Management and Customer Relationship Management
with the United Bank for Africa (UBA Plc)
He has also worked briefly in various capacities with Nigeria Breweries- Ibadan,
Mr. Biggs – UACN Restaurants' Franchise – Caxton Joe Nigeria Ltd, Lagos and Yale Foods, Ibadan.
He joined SEAP NGO-MFI as a Divisional Area Manager (DAM) in December 2010 to May 2013 working across Lagos, Ogun and Ibadan Divisions
and was appointed as the Pioneer Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of SEAP Microfinance Bank, Ibadan
a state MFB in July, 2013 to date
He has attended a number of local and international Microfinance Training Programs including The Principles,
Fundamentals & Methodologies of Microfinance Operations, Loan Default & Delinquency Management,
Clients' Creation and Retention Strategies, Products Development and Management, Financial Analysis for Microfinance Practioners
as well as Business Planning and Financial Projections with Microfin, Cape Town, South Africa
and How to Develop, Operate and Sustain Islamic Microfinance Institutions at the
3rd Global Islamic Microfinance Forum, Dubai –UAE. He is happily married with children.
Mrs. Omotesho a holds Master of Science in Agricultural Extension, a Master in Business Administration (MBA)
and a Bachelor of Agriculture all from University of Ilorin.
She is also pursuing her PhD program at the same University.
Eleja-Lawal, Rasheedat Abiola – Board Member
Her banking career spans over twelve years with cognate experience in banking operations,
credit and marketing where she rose to the position of Branch manager.
She has also worked as Agricultural Science Teacher and Senior Farm Manager.
She has attended various training programs in Banking including- Comprehensive Banking Operations Course,
Intermediate Credit Analysis training, Customer Service Improvement Skills,
Contemporary Customer Service course, City to City Marketing / selling Training Program,
Customer Creation & Retention Strategies as well as Managing Banking Information System and
Effective Information System. She joined the Board of SEAP MFB in July 2013.
Rasheedat A. Eleja-Lawal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Usman Danfodio University and
graduated from Nigeria Law School in 2008 before she began her professional career as a solicitor in a law firm
in 2009. She is a member of the Board of Trustees, SEAP Microfinance Institution, an NGO.
She joined the board of SEAP MFB in 2013.
Odedele Adeniyi Olubukola – Board Member
For about three decades, Mr. Odedele Adeniyi Olubukola has worked with the Oyo State Government
in various Ministries and gathered sound experience in Taxation, Public and Organized Private Sector
Accounting, inter-personal relationship skills among others.
Oluseyi Dare – Board Member
An HND graduate of Accountancy from the Polytechnic , Ibadan, Mr. Odedele is also an Associate member of the
Institute of Charted Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
A results driven professional with over a decade’s experience in Projects, Community Developments,
Operations Management and Business Development and a member of several professional bodies which include
Project Management Institute, (PMI) USA and Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Project Management
(CIPM) Ghana, Charted Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigeria,
an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria (ICEN). Mr. Dare is a thorough bred technocrat.
Isola Olusola Olajide – Board Member
He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from LAUTECH,
Ogbomosho and a Master of Arts (MA TH.) degree in Leadership from The Redeemed Christian
Bible College (RCBC) at the University of Ibadan. He obtained his degree in Geography and Agric Engineering,
from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaira. A former Head of HR/Admin and now Programme Director
of the Growing Business Foundation (GBF), Mr Oluseyi Dare has implemented projects
impacting over 2,300 communities, offering assistance to more than 200,000
micro-entrepreneurs which has delivered a Development Portfolio Investment
exceeding N1.4 Billion in over a decade.
Dr. Isola Olusola Olajide has a Ph.D in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of
Ibadan. He also had his Masters of Art degree in Communication and B.Sc. degree in
Mass Communication from the University of Ibadan and University of Lagos respectively.
He is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Ibadan and a Visiting Senior
Lecturer at the Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo.
Obisesan Francis Oludare – Board Member
Dr. Isola is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR)
and a member of the Society for Peace Studies and Practice, Nigeria. He is also an awardee of the
IFRA Research Fellowship Grant of 2011. A seasoned writer, Dr. Isola is the author of several books
which include: Democratic Elections and Nigeria’s National Security.
The Security Sector and Conflict Management in Nigeria.
Communicating Peace and Conflict: Practices and Challenges.
Dr. Obisesan is a team player whose efforts fosters progress, professionalism and
encourages excellence in customer service delivery. He has a flair for finance and has
several academic qualifications which include: Ph.D (Finance) from the California
University (FCE) Los Angeles, USA. M.Sc. (Finance) from the University of Calabar,
Nigeria and a HND (Accountancy) from the Akwa Ibom state Polytechnic, Ikot Ekpene. B.Sc.
(Banking & Finance) from Ogun state University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye).
Adedoju Feyi Grace – Board Member
His Professional qualifications include: Fellow. Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria
(CIBN), Associate Fellow, Institute of Operations Research of Nigeria. Fellow,
Institute of Finance and Control of Nigeria, Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).
Associate Member, Institue of Commerce of Nigeria and Member,
the Nigeria Institute for Training and Development (NITAD).
Dr. Obisesan has held positions
as a Management Consultant and Assistant General Manager in various companies. He is also a part time lecturer.
An author of various books, Dr. Obisesan loves reading, long distance running, traveling
and playing musical instruments
A graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria. Adedoju, Feyi Grace (MBBS, MSC, FMCOPh, FICS, MNIM) is a Professor of Ophthalmology and a consultant Ophthalmologist at the University of Ilorin/Teaching Hospital Ilorin kwara State.
She has attended several training programs on clinical ophthalmology, health management, computer, research and ethics. She also serves as the Advocacy Chairperson for Africa Ophthalmology Council, President of Television media as well as a matron and board member for some organizations.
